We were upgraded to a new-fashioned room with a view. The location was incredible - just 5 minutes' walk from Downtown. Besides, it was just next door to the eatery's and Louisville and other bars.

The pool area is a bit too chaotic, especially with small children dominating the space. There were incidents where the pool and hot tub had to be closed due to urine contamination, which ruins the vibe. The signage inside is confusing and poorly placed, so finding your way around can be a hassle. My room had annoying flickering lights every time the AC kicked in, leading to some restless nights. The constant noise from the surrounding area, including police and ambulance sirens, disrupted sleep quite a bit.

The experience was fantastic, especially the unique speakeasy and the rooftop pool with very nice views of the city. The dining options, particularly Bob's Steak & Chophouse, offered delicious meals. The check-in process could be improved as we encountered some delays and confusion during our arrival.
